Photo of the Day

July 19, 2008.

July 19, 2009

Today is a big day (kinda, sorta, but not really) for #3 (more for me than for him, I guess).

He is 18 months old!

He may look like a big boy, he may act like a ruffian, but to me, he's just my baby.

Happy 18 Months Day, Stinky:)

And, sorry you celebrated by busting your teeth through your bottom lip.

Hopefully our next milestone will be marked with a happier event.

P.S. In case you're concerned he is fine. No stitches or anything, just a little blood. I put a tourniquet around his neck to stop the bleeding, so I think it should be good. Kidding! He's totally fine, just a couple of teeth marks on his lower lip. Looks like he's been hanging out with those dudes from Twilight.

Oh! You are right! Not sure why I keep thinking it's the 8th month instead of the 7th?! He really is 18 months today, so it's still good:). Thanks, Mira!

Hey! My little guy just turned 18 months two days ago. :) Is it me, or has it just SKYROCKETED by?

Ouch! Did the tourniquet turn his head purple?

My youngest son has a history of busting his lip around his birthday. All the time, really. He almost lost his teeth a few times, but miraculously kept them. Happy 18 months!

18 months is one of my most favorite ages. I've often said we should have that big birthday party at 18 months rather than a year, because they're so much better equipped to handle it.

Aside from the lip, hope he has a wonderful day!

I laughed out loud when I read the tourniquet disclaimer. Can just imagine your little one walking around the house like a character out of a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

Cute! Could just dump sugar on him and eat him with a spoon.

Now that I type that, I wonder why is that a saying?
